Michael S. Ross is the principal of the Law Offices of Michael S. Ross, where he concentrates his practice in attorney ethics and criminal law. He is a former Assistant United States Attorney in the Criminal Division of the Southern District of New York and also served as an Assistant District Attorney in Kings County. Mr. Ross has been an Adjunct Professor at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law for twenty-four years, and has taught courses there in Criminal and Civil Litigation; Appellate Advocacy; Judicial Administration; and Professional Responsibility. Mr. Ross has served for the last twenty-one years as Executive Director of Cardozo Law School's annual two-week Intensive Trial Advocacy Program.

| Mr. Ross is a frequent lecturer and author on topics involving ethics, trial practice and criminal law for such organizations as the Practicing Law Institute, the Law Journal Seminar Group, the Appellate Division, First Department, the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the National Institute of Trial Advocacy, the New York State Bar Association, the New York County Lawyer's Association, the New York State Association of Trial Lawyers, the Brooklyn Bar Association, the National Association of Bar Counsel and the New York State Prosecutors Training Institute. |
| Mr. Ross is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City Of New York's Committee on Professional Discipline; the New York County Lawyers' Association Committee on Professional Discipline; the New York State Bar Association Special Committee on Procedures for Judicial Discipline; and the New York State Bar Association's Committee on Mass Disasters . In addition, he has served at various times as a member of the New York State Bar Association's Committee on Professional Discipline. Mr. Ross is currently serving his second term as an appointed member of the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board, which, among other things, formulates CLE guidelines in the State. Mr. Ross has chaired the American Bar Association ("ABA") Grand Jury Committee and the City Bar Association's Committee on Criminal Advocacy. He has also served as the A.B.A. Criminal Justice Section's liaison to the A.B.A. Standing Committee on Ethics and Professional Responsibility and was an appointed member of the ABA's Special "Criminal Justice In Crisis Committee." |
| Among his writings, Mr. Ross has co-authored a chapter on "Client and Witness Perjury," for the American Bar Association's
Section of Litigation ethics training course book entitled Litigation Ethics: Course Materials For Continuing Legal Education. The course book was developed for use

Pery D. Krinsky is a Senior Associate of the Law Offices Of Michael S. Ross, where he focuses his practice
on attorney ethics and criminal law. Before joining the Law Offices of Michael S. Ross in 2001, Mr. Krinsky was employed by the law firm of LaRossa & Ross.
Mr. Krinsky represents clients in a wide variety of criminal and civil matters, including extradition,
narcotics, money laundering, mail/wire fraud and OCCA claims. Mr. Krinsky represents attorneys and law firms under investigation by
disciplinary authorities and other government agencies, facing allegations of escrow/IOLA theft, insurance fraud, litigation misconduct
and illegal solicitation. He provides guidance to lawyers concerning the

day-to-day practice of law, on issues such as attorney advertising,
conflicts of interest, fee sharing and fee disputes. Mr. Krinsky represents disbarred and suspended attorneys seeking reinstatement, and assists
law school graduates in the admissions process.
